Visitor at the house
Over Spring Break my family watched my Aunt Debbie's dog Martin. While Her family went to the Outer Banks,North Carolina for spring break. Some of the times I have learned about wiener dogs. They love to chew and destroy toys and blankets. They are very suborn and full of energy all the time. Pixie and Martin enjoyed stealing rawhide away from each other. I have decide that pixie is set in her ways and did not like Martin's energy and the way he would poke her with his nose. We had great weather so the dog's took turns being outside. I have decide went I get a dog I would like it to be very mellow and loving towards me. So I guess a wiener dog is out.

LOL. Your comments are funny. I have a dachshund and you accurately described him. He loves to chew toys - no toy lasts longer than an hour. Not even the undestructable ones. And he has holes in every blanket. Stubborn as heck. Lots of energy! He runs around, and then he sleeps, then runs around and sleeps some more. Our dog is pretty loving when he's not tired and crabby, then he just wants to burrow under his covers and not be disturbed. Dachshunds aren't for everyone.
