Awesome cookies

Ever since I discovered that I have a nut allergy. I have tried many alterations of recipes for No-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies. Today I finale found a recipe that works great and has no peanut butter in it. Here is the recipe 2 cups Sugar 1 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 4 tablespoons cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups quick oats 3/4 cup chocolate chips Bring first four ingredients to a boil and cook 1 minute. Add vanilla, Oatmeal, chocolate chips and stir until combined Drop onto wax paper, and cool Remove from wax paper and enjoy. I hope you try and enjoy this cookies as much as I did.

I love to cook but dislike the dishes that come with it. Because I am the main person that does the dishes it seems like I never get to cook in a clean kitchen unless I just cleaned it myself. I guess you have to take the bad with the good.

This weekend we went out to dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday. For dinner we went to Clem's I had a salad and Fried zucchini. For lunch we had Chinese food I had orange chicken.

I made an apple crisp out of some apples we go from a local farmer. The crisp turned out awesome.

Every day I fix my hair. I like the way they worked and look so much I decide to make my own so I can get more for my money instead of buying pre-made ones.

Day 6 A Favorite Thing

This is my favorite childhood books I don't really know why but I like it. I love sharing some of my childhood favorite book with new babies so they can have a great collection of book to grow up with. A few years ago I bought a new copy of Where the Wild things are because my copy has been well loved and has come apart.

Today at five o'clock I was watching Vampire Dairies on Netflix. I am currently trying to catch up to the current season before it goes off of Hulu.

My Sunday TV shows I watch are America's funniest home videos, Once upon a time, and 666 Park Avenue. I also watch tv on my computer on sites like Hulu and netflixs because a person can only watch one show at a time.

Today for breakfast I had some Poptarts. I like my Poptarts right out of the box.

All of the stuff in the photo are some of my favorite things like the candle which my Sister gave me, the ceramic cupcake my Mom gave me, the skelanimal cat that I bought for myself before they disappeared from the stores, and my blue comforter which my parents got me for christmas one year.

Day 31 Whatever you please

Here is a photo of my Mom dressed up as a butterfly.

Today is a special day for my Parents 29 years ago my Mom fly to Hawaii to spend some time with my Dad and near left his side. This Halloween was quiet we just watched tv and ate candy.

Day 30 Clothes

Ever since I was little I love to play with dolls and dress them up. I loved using real baby clothes on my baby dolls because I thought they were prettier and stronger then the doll clothes you find in a toy stores. I remember playing in the toy room with my sister Janine doing laundry in our toy washing machine and drying the doll clothes on a clothes line made from jump ropes in-between our black metal toy shelves. It is funny how we loved pretending to do chores and now those same chores we dislike with a passion. But we love having clothes that are clean.

Day 28 Looking back

This photo is of a chimmiy like thing that is in the back yard on the cement pad that once had a play shed on it. I always wonder what it really was orginaly. Was it a house or garage? I don't think i will ever really know but it is fun to guess what it once was.

This photo is also in the back yard. I love how the clouds look. This area once had a garden that did not really give us any food but was fun to work in. Now it is a leaf grave yard. Maybe one day a garden will grow again in this space.

Day 27 Morning

So this morning I was woke up to spend sometime with my Mom before she went to work. Then I made some Jelly Toast.

I watched some cartoons and checked facebook before getting ready for the day.

Day 26 Listening to

I read the first two books in the Hunger Games series but could not wait to read the third book. So I checked out the audio book from my local library because it was still there ate the library unlike the books. I enjoy audio book because it is a great way to fall a sleep.

Today's weather was crazy.

It got up to 80 and I heard we might have snow this weekend. I think it is crazy how the weather can change so fast.

Day 22 In Your Town

This Thursday thru Sunday in my town we will be having an independent film festival. This will be a small practice run for the film festival we will be having next summer.

So today at 4 o'clock I was at a wedding for one of my cousin's that lives in Pennsylvania. It was a great wedding and it was awesome to see so many of my family out there.

So I was washing dishes when I drop and broke a glass in the risieing sink and this happened.

I know it the picture is not something that would make me smile normally but I am happy I did not cut myself.

Day 15 Dinnertime

Tonight for dinner I made Garlic Pizza one of my Dad's famous meals know by all in my family. We have had this pizza at birthday dinner, sunday dinner, My sister Janine's College Graduation party,and the recipe is share by mouth anytime my Dad can find a new person to share it with.

In the past week I have successfully made 2 of my Dad's Famous meal the garlic pizza and biscuits and gravy. I think it is a little funny that I just tried this recipe now but I guess it is because those meals are more special when he makes them. Which is one and a while because he mainly cooks on the weekend.

Day 14 Makes you laugh

I enjoy reading the comics on sunday but I also makes me miss my sister. We would take turns reading the comic and show eachother the one we liked the best.

Day 13 Landscape

I love trees in the fall with all of there amazing colors. This past week my Grammy and I were talking about how so many trees are being taking out of yards and orcards. How it is sad to see them go. It makes me think of the Dr. Suesses story about the Lorax that i saw with my Grammy and some of my Cousins. How we don't know what what we have until we almost lose every tree and have to a start over with new baby trees that need so much care to stay alive.
